Hello Ursinus! I’m not really sure how this usually works, but I’m supposed to introduce myself as co-editor-in-chief. If you’ve been reading The Grizzly long enough, you know that I’ve served as the Sports Editor for 2 years, working hard to cover the campus’s 26 varsity sports. It’s been an incredible journey, working with a fabulous team of writers and producing a product weekly that I’ve been very proud of. I look forward to taking that passion and energy into this new role, working alongside our full team of editors to ensure we’re constantly at the pulse of the latest on campus.
This year has been my favorite since working at The Grizzly, particularly because of the team of editors I got to work with. We took on challenges and covered stories more aggressively than ever before, leading to what I believe were some really important pieces. I’d like to thank our current Editor-in-Chief Renee Washart for being at the forefront of those stories, helping us take the paper to new heights this year. Sidney and I hope to live up to the legacy she leaves this fall, looking to continue to emphasize great reporting, and delivering the stories that
