The yearly Ursinus Job, Internship, and Networking Fair will be taking place next Wednesday, February 19, in the Floy Lewis Bakes Center. The event starts at Noon and ends at 2 p.m.

Roughly 90 employers will have recruiters set up at the fair promoting possible options for full-time, part-time, summer employment or internship opportunities. The full list of employers is available on the Handshake posting of the event.

This event is a good opportunity for students to learn about different jobs and internships and to practice networking. This year, there will also be an opportunity for students to get free headshots taken.

“Students can visit the Career and Post-Graduate Development Office to prepare and workshop their resumes,” says Olivia Corell, the Assistant Director for Employer Engagement at the CPD office.

If students are unable to visit the office, they can find the Resume Writing Guide and Samples on the Career and Post-Graduate Development page through the Ursinus website.

Senior, Jenna Nienus expressed how helpful the career fair is.

“It allowed me to meet face to face with the woman who was interviewing me for my internship,” she said.

Students of all majors and years are encouraged to attend.
